Strength comes in numbers, but don’t underestimate the strength in yourself. I am a very social person who is happiest with others. My friends, family, and boyfriend have helped me with some of my biggest battles. I realized the extent of their monumental support  a couple weeks ago when my anxiety hit me hard, and I was in tears trying to seek comfort, and my boyfriend wanted to help, but he said “I’m on a whole different continent”. That morning I had to teach the girls English, and took multiple breaks to go downstairs because I couldn’t hold back the tears. I felt nauseous, vulnerable, and scared. It is normal to want to avoid these situations to avoid getting this uncomfortable feeling, but I paid $800 for it. I enjoy the challenge of becoming a stronger version of yourself after that seemingly unbearable challenge.
