Fresh bread with Steacciatella (similar to fresh mozzarella).Tomino, which is fresh Brie cheese wrapped in smoked ham and melted. Spatzel which is spinach in a pan with butter and parmagian cheese, and a garden salad with olive oil and vinegar.
